Senior Planner

This role will be a senior manager and be involved in upper management decisions.This position will have duties that range from daily, weekly and monthly timeframes. Key skills that will be crucial to the success of this position are organization, reliability and the desire to maintain a high level of hospitality. Being eager to learn and build new processes within a team environment is required and will be critical to the continued growth of this role as the company expands.

Daily Tasks:

  • Client communications

  • Event budget management

  • Create design boards for clients

  • Manage event creation from inbound to day of

  • Submit all inbounds and details for each event into company software

  • Manage contractors and hiring for events

  • Communication with kitchen team to schedule shifts

  • Track needs for each event, permits and licenses

Weekly Tasks

  • Schedule BOH and FOH teams for each event

  • Assist with client/account management

  • Schedule and manage equipment manager

  • Manage and place rental orders for events

  • Order specialty items (food, bambooware, decor)

  • Team Meetings once a week

  • Assist with venue management

  • Reach out to new clients and help build portfolio
